Once, perhaps twice a week here for my DD (4). Like some others I can't see how she needs a bath more frequently as she doesn't get dirty everyday and until she is a teen she's not going to get B.O!
I will wash her face most mornings and her teeth are done twice a day (more if she has eaten sweets)
For my husband and I it's a shower everyday (washing my hair every other day)
I would say though strawberry_pud just go with your instinct about what's best for your kids. It doesn't matter what everyone else does. Fair enough if you're asking all these questions on your threads out of curiosity, but please just do what YOU think's best for your kids and who cares if it goes against what everyone else does (obviously neglect and abuse excluded!!!)0 -
You can have the snow here. It's covered! But also, CHUFFIN CAULD!
I ordered Keira sledge online yesterday, cause, noway I'll be able to get one in a shop :rotfl:0 -
almost everyday depending on how filthy my son is, i'd say at least 5 times a week though. My son loves the bath and he gets quite sweaty as always sleeps under his pillow so i can't imagine him going more than one day without a bath0

That reminds me of comments made by a leading dermatologist a few years ago on Radio 4
He felt that a contributory factor in the rise of chilhood skin conditions was down to the children being bathed too often.
He said that the skins natural oils were being washed away and baby oil products did not replace them.
He felt that the old fashioned practice of 'top and tailing' should be used more often.

DS is 31 months old, very stubborn and mad about thomas (the train), cbeebies and all modes of transport.
DD is 5 months old, very much a mummies girl, suffers from a condition called Sickle Cell Disease and is generally a very happy and active little girl.
DD has a hospital appointment tomorrow so i'm excited to see what the consltant has to say about her health and development.

My cousin's baby's nursery was closed down completely. They never got to the bottom of it but a number of children had broken limbs.Any question, comment or opinion is not intended to be criticism of anyone else.2 Samuel 12:23 Romans 8:28 Psalm 30:5
