neneromanova - Chris is 4yo in Jan and can 'only' count to 14 atm - I'm pretty sure he's normal
He knows his number bonds (2 and 2 is 4, 5 and 5 is 10) which is advanced,

DS2 does 1-2-3-10, but he's special.

DS1 was counting to 20 by the time he went to school. Pretty sure 10 is the aim for going into school though.

DS1 did this, he didn't get numbers for years but also cba'd to wait when playing hide and seek and so long as he said 10 thought he'd done it! :rotfl: Girls were always moaning at him then wouldn't let him play. :cool:

I assume you mean you have asked them to look at BOTH sides of the story?

And no I will not mention ti again, so no need to lock this, I'm outta here. (no offence ladies, but I'm proper annoyed )

Evening everyone! I've followed a few of the lovely ladies over from the pregnancy thread - I've never posted in here cos I didn't think I could keep up with two threads at the same time but I'm gonna give it a go for a while!


I'm 17 weeks pregnant and have a 7 year old DD - ooh it's all about the 7s! Hmm, do I need to give any more info or am I in?

When A started school in September, she could count to 20, but she decided she 'didn't like 16 or 17' so she refused to include them!

Glad, I emailed abuse earlier on today and they have no idea of the back story, the posting of real names in old posts or the threats made against certain PT members. I got a thoroughly perplexed response asking !!!!!! was going on. I don't want to continue the discussion or undermine you as a BG (again, I think you do a thankless job and need all the support you can find) but at the same time there's clearly a communication problem somewhere along the line and I think a clear picture of what originally happened and what continues to happen is needed and you probably won't get that from only one person because nobody's online 24-7.

I've just linked to the thread and asked them to look into it

I have no opinion either way but rules do ask that if you have a problem with a poster you report it and don't talk about it in threads, posts yesterday were deleted by the abuse team so they are already aware of the situation

neither I nor the abuse team member who read your report would know what was going on unless they had read the old posts you refer to, or had read any abuse reports regarding it, no BG or team member can read every post or report on MSE
but they are aware of it now so once they have looked at it I expect the pregnancy thread to be reopened very quickly

I did post asking that the discussion was stopped on that thread last night, but it continued, so now I'm asking that it stops on this thread please

there is a link in my sig if anyone wants to email abuse and put their side of the story but please keep it off the threads
