If you crash at 30mph on a bike with no protection on your limbs by the time you stop you will probably have lost all your skin and muscles and me down to the bone! That fact alone was enough for me to wear full gear on a moped!
My Dad always drummed into us "Road to bone in 60 seconds" My brother is always togged in full head to toe leather no matter what the weather...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

It's been suggested that I try to use "free time" as a different way to discipline my 5yo DS who's recently been diagnosed with Aspergers.

Thing is I've never ever been an organised person so my kids (got a 7yo DD too) pretty much do as they please in the evening unless they have an after school activity, some homework to do or are having their dinner or a bath.
This can be playing, drawing, reading, watching TV or playing on the computer.

If I'm too restrict my DS's free time what do I get him to do apart from that - I'm just confused  :o

Reposting this as not seen any replies. I only have my 8 month old so not sure I have any advice, sorry

I can't believe the Inbetweeners is finished either, only seems to have been on a couple of weeks :(

I don't really have any advice either Mics, I'm not so good on discipline myself, but thankfully I just need to raise my voice and she crys and says sorry.

Not sure how you could discipline him when/if he hasn't done anything though? Maybe you could get some paper and write different things on it, like actions and consequences, and have him pair up the right ones? I'll try and think of something.....head is fuzzy
  • Oh ta for reposting Sarah Jane - is that another one that got merged?

Mics do they mean discipline as in make him be more disciplined? I guess you could have more of a set routine in the evenings or something?
