and Krystal - 3 of them in a room - how are you going to manage it? Is it a big room? We could mananage two in Izzys room no problem - would be a squeeze to start with, but fine once they were big enough to be in bunk beds. But 3 would be pushing it (well, unless we wanted to keep all the clothes in our room, and the toys in the living room anyway!)
They're really big rooms, double sized... Our is slightly bigger than theirs and has a built in cupboard so the plan is, once this baby is big enough to go and share then we'll put them in our room and we'll move into the back... We did contemplate moving to a 3 bed, but realistically we'd have the same square footage, just smaller rooms upstairs... And it would be really easy to turn this house into a 3 bed anyway... A friend of mine on the road behind us has turned hers into a 4 bed!

krystal- did you find out if its a boy or girl?
Nope :D and good night :)
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

I don't know anything about them but I tend to think I would be seeing the doctor at that kind of frequency.

My son went through a spell of having terrors like clockwork. We were told to try to disturb him just before they would happen, which was around 10pm so we were still up anyway. It did work for us most of the time - occasionally he delivered one a wee bit early! - but then he just seemed to grow out of them. It's horrible when it happens even though they seem blissfully unaware after it

  • It was my bag and all my stuff is in it :D Im away to phone the insurance and cancel the claim as they have a £200 excess and I'm just pleased as punch everything was handed in. Was found in the stairs 2 floors below me so I suspect someone nicked it got a scare and ditched it (maybe thought someone was chasing after them?)

A lady on the floor below (not evil hag) handed it in, Im going to go to thorntons and get her some chocs tomorrow, a nice card and she has a son about Keira's age so I'll get him a wee toy car or something, just to say thanks. Im ever so chuffed!!

I am so :j that you bag and its contents showed up on your birthday! Happy Birthday lovely.

I am so confused with all the posts appearing and disappearing but pleased that we are mostly still all here (or on FB).

No baby bargains left in our Asda today, and no nappy bargains like at the end of the last baby event.

Has anyone done the Molton Brown glitch from Grabbit? I can't get it to work :o.

My lad had them for 18months, he literally tried to climb out the window and would scratch me to ribbons if i had tried to hold him, he was 6 and had them till 7 and a half,

My dr's suggested a mild sedative before bedtime, which i was opposed to, so i used the net and looked at natural remedies,
    none of that worked.

I was at my dentists and a friend asked how my son was doing as he had them 3/4 nights a week, each epiosde approx 10 mins, took me many hours for me to calm down.
The receptionist heard me mention the night terrors and followed me out, she explained her son had them and was surprised to meet someone else with them so close by.

Her tips cut my sons episodes immeditaley to 1 a week then within 2 weeks none.

She advised the usual lavendar room scent and massage, but the bit i'm convinced worked was the feet uncovered, she advised to tuck the blanket side ways over him so his feet stuck out and keep it tucked right under the mattress, felt weird but it done the trick for us.
Not sure if it will work for u, but it's def a step to try. I do sympathise as i was alone with him and really scared with what was going on, it basically stemmed from the REM stage of sleep, Just the brain not jumping to that stage and being stuck, always happened within 2 hours of sleep, it's meant to be more common in boys than girls, He will outgrow them, I know it prob doesn't feel like that at the moment. xxxxx

    Good luck xxx
