CAFC, both my births are patchy in my memory and neither of them were bad... And I used to have a dog whose favourite sitting position was on my chest... He was a proper little lap dog!!A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Glad everyone had a good time at the meet. I guess most people are out enjoying the fireworks.
Newid - Sounds like a tricky situation. I'm sorry I can't help, but I hope you find a solutin soon. For what it's worth, I think your DD has a good diet, but I understand your worries.
MDW - I'm please your getting the job situation sorted - it must be a huge relief.
Krystal - Oops, for baby black eyes.
Hi SM
Tia - I honestly don't know if I would tell DH, I suppose I would have broken down to him before you. I am in awe of how strong you have been. Fingers crossed you get to take Amber home soon!
We wen't to fireworks at a friends house earlier, Liam didn't got o ben until 9pm - he's usually up having a story at 7. DH & I are taking part in the Samaritans Toy Ride tomorrow. A load of bikes riding from Manchester City Centre to the Trafford Centre. I used my £5 Debs voucher to get a toy for the collection.0 -
Births are meant to be forgotten...otherwise we would never have more than one child;)Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

Oh and thanks for the replies on older kids being left...we are near some very busy roads, and live in a quite built up area (that has riots;)) The younger lad I mentioned hangs around our local shops, there is a bookies, a chippy and a (manky, scally filled) pub I just don't think it is appropriate for him to hang about there, getting into trouble and causing trouble...It is also about a 10min walk each way to our shops, so not really that close! I suppose if I were to nip down in the car for something I could leave him...well maybe next yearUnless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

Henry's birth is pretty clear in my mind, although it feels a bit like it happened to someone else, IYKWIM.
My short term memory is shot to pieces though. I regularly forget words mid-sentence now.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
Evening all
We have had such a busy day with Jasmines birthday, she was spoiled rotten and loved every second of it .. Dylan didnt have a clue what was going on, refused to nap earlier and fell asleep while being changed for bed at 6pm and hasnt woken since !! Lets hope he still wants a lie in int he morning too !! lol
Tia, so glad to hear Amber is improving, as for telling DH ... Chris didnt tell me about Dylan needing resus twice in the first night till we knew he was coming home, he didnt think I needed to worry about something that couldnt be changed when I had enough to worry about. So I would tell him after she is home, so he knows, but also so he isnt worrying unnecessarily now when he isnt with her xx
Hi to everyone else
Hope you are all well xxThe two best things I have done with my life

Same here. I live my life through post it notes stuck everywhere to remind me to do things
I'm at work in a supermarket in the morning and I've written myself a note as we need porridge and burger buns. Even though it's only two things, I'll forget by the morning
New - that sounds difficult to handle and sorry I've no idea what to suggest. Hope the advice here has been useful and you manage to get it sorted.
No fireworks here either. Charlotte said she didn't want any as she was scared of them. Then she spent the evening on James bedroom windowsill watching other people's and asking why we didn't have any :wall::DHere I go again on my own....0
