    Wow for walking Oscar. X

So really then as Erin gets in a state she needs to get herself in a 'zone'! Next race is in February so will have to work on it.

Sounds like a foreign object in her foot that the gunk built up around to protect her. Then whatever it was would come out with the gunk.

A 'Zen' plan, sounds interesting, would be better if she was calmer.

That sounds ouchy Caz, docs in the morning?

it works on breathing, relaxations techniques, visualisation of the feeling of winning (as opposed to actually winning as that creates stress),so thinking about being proud, of relief, of warm muscle etc....

that way it takes the focus off the moments beforehand, as plus if shes now conscious of being sick before race, it will "invite it" to take hold iyswim....

  • Evening All,

I've read back, thank you for all the lovely messages

Ladybird – Haven Devon Cliffs, has a soft play area in the arcade, Katie loves it, there are also a mini carousel. The swimming pool is fabulous, can’t recommend it enough, we book through these people as the caravans are of a higher standard for the same money.

Bought Katie a new pair of shoes for dancing today, size 10! Apparently they have to be 2 sizes bigger than their ordinary shoes. Not looked at the website too tempting, she needs clothes first, all her trousers are flapping her ankles.

Weezl – family of 3, DD has a lunch box 3x a week, she eats almost everything and a DH who will only eat peas and carrots as his veg. I take a packed lunch 5x a week when I’m working.

Definitely coming tomorrow, dog sitter organised and sat nav loan arranged, I only know my way to Ikea and Mothercare in Warrington.

Gill - please come I'd like cuddles :)

I have an excited Katie, I've organised a special tea for Bonfire Night, hotdogs, fries/Doritos, ice cream, chocolate fridge cake and popcorn.

I Sky+d Bolt over the weekend when it was free, Katie loves it but it makes her cry.

Hugs and Huge Get Well Vibes to Amber and Tia.

In other news I applied for a job today, I have the necessary skills with flexible hours so fingers crossed.

Who just found out they were testing nappies for Bizziebaby? What sort were they?

I have tried to look and can't find it :(

Anyway, I have a feeling that I may be as well, they've dropped hints about it twice but nothing official!

We've been sent Nature Babycare disposables to test (award winning eco nappy apparently). They came today and we've just started using them, I quite like them. I had a look at them in boots and they were £6 a pack so :money:. They sent us size 2.
