Does anyone know what Castle Douglas/Kirkcudbright area is like? Scottish ladies perhaps? We're looking for locations for a big family holiday next April. It needs to be roughly a 3 hour drive at most from Manchester so that area just scrapes in and I love Scotland

yeah .. I still read a bit to stay in touch with what you lot are up to, but just dont seem to have much time to post anymore, but have been off work for a few days this week to get the kitchen decorated.
All good here though, Dylan is doing amazingly well and is doing far more than any doctor thought he would be able too no talking or walking yet, but getting there slowly

How are you and the kids ?? Is J the same as Jas .. 8 going on 18 ?? back chat and telling me I ruin her life are now daily occurrences !! lol

tomorrow we have her party at the soft play from 12 - 2 then she has gymnastics 4.30 - 5.30 and then family all coming round for snacks and games from 6 - 7 should be a good day hopefully !!

Wish I could go to a meet .... one day I will have enough money to fly over to one and have a wee holiday to myself while I am at it !! lol

I don't need to rush off for school time, my sister is coming up for the school run. She owes me a favour after I drove her miles for a job interview yesterday.


We've been to fireworks tonight at the football ground. V was laughing and pointing at the start, but looked bored and had a sleep after five minutes. :rotfl:

MDW, you need to pass on who you stayed with at Haven Devon Cliffs as the actual Haven vans at Devon Cliffs are on Watchdog next week!

It's either modern or jazz, can't figure out which. The lady that runs the school prefers to do a show twice a year rather than exams, the next show is in February so they will start learning now.

TBH I dont get chance to keep up or post that much myself but been making the effort as it was half term last week, so not as busy as usual and I try to keep work to a minimum in the holidays.

Im good, and yeah J sounds very much like Jas, but I think girls are way sassier than boys lol Youll see when Dylan is older . Lexi is catching up to J in her cheekiness already!

She has her drips out! Canulas still in just in case and she is on so many medications it's nuts. I don't even know what they are for. But today she ate real food, played and was a menace crawling round the for and stealing stuff from he table. So all good then.

Still not sure what happened. Paracetamol played a part but it wasn't an o erdose ( they keep telling me that after I said how guilty I was feeling when local hospital told me I had overdosed her ).

Fingers cossed we get back to local hospital tomorrow. I really miss the pt. It's so good to steal a few mi s to read and feel normal for a bit. Lol.
