CAFC, remove the code from my vision! We are poooooor! *sob* :rotfl:

DH exchanged 2 of his games today and bought me sims 3, but now i hate it. Its boring and i cant get into it hehe.

We had a burger king earlier and i bought Lily the apple fries, i think she knew that they weren't my real fries as she wasn't happy about them. But ate them anyway cause she loves food :)

I didn't call the doctors in the end as she seemed ok in herself, but she's had her 3rd poo again today and it was the same as the others, so if the HV says go to the GP i will do.

:rolls eyes: On SIMS 3, DH has made me in really skimpy gym clothes... But he made me quite thin and pretty so he's in my good books :)

Making the man buy the condoms is pretty acceptable, no? Men get to feel all manly and so forth.
*look world, I need condoms! See me roar!*

Men like that kind of thing. Ish.

OK, it can be quite embarrassing.

White the code out so it doesn't get deleted, and thanks! :D :A

Review was ok, Head of 6th form came in, DS is doing all the work but as usual doesn't understand that if he does more his marks would be more. He now has one to one for all his lessons at some point during the lesson, paid out of the schools own budget. They are really helping and he's going for a Merit in Leisure Studies, so fingers crossed.

    Thank you :D

Toberone mousse is super simple: melt a bar of Toblerone in a bowl, add a tub of marscapone, mix together and chill. Serve in teeny tiny portions because it'll coat your arteries if you let it.

Aww I read that as toblerone mouse! I thought you must be using the triangles as ears and a nose with maybe an icecream head :rotfl:

So pleased to hear about Amber :T

Thankyou to everyone who signed up to nuby and emailed saying I referred them. I won :D:j:cool:

Happy belated birthday to Ethan and happy birthday to Maz's Henry :)

We were going to come to the meet but I'm going to leave it this time as everyone who's going has toddlers so will be running about playing while T is only 6 months so very much still a baby!

My friend has had her baby boy today. She was told at her 4d scan that he was 3 weeks bigger than he should be and would either be early or very big. Poor thing has been terrified....instead he was a week and a half late weighing 8lb 1oz  She was getting induced at 1.30 but he was born at 4.30 so it was either a superquick induction or she went herself in the end. I can't wait to have newborn baby cuddles :D

And today I became the sort of Mother I usually laugh at. Erin had her Cross Country, and as I didn't have Maddy I could go down the field to see more. As she came round the 1st bend I did my usual shriek 'come on' then again as she passed before they went into the big field. When she came through the gate after that bit it was near the end and 3 girls were gaining fast behind her. Don't know what came over me but I screamed at her to move and that there were girls right there. :o The girl who was almost at her side was fuming :p and I ended up running up the field shouting at her telling her where they were. She did come 5th and said it was my shouting that made her sprint the last bit up the hill so she was glad. :D And there were over 70 girls this time but I may have to wear a bag over my head next time! :rotfl:

    Yeah for winning Gill. X

You should still go to the meet Gill. Everyone will want cuddles. X

Thanks CAF, is that what it's called, hmmm, embarrassed, just it's so emotional when they are good at something. And she's almost sick before we go so I get in a state too. Apparently the really good sports people turn that nervous energy into positive energy so we need to work that one out.

nowt wrong with being a soccer mom and supporting your little people in everything they do, and being that extra push when they need it...

I think its hard for young kids to find that deeper rooted push, like we do when we're adults and push through the barriers of fear (and sometimes even as adults we give in).... its like the saying "what I would do if I knew I couldnt fail"....

maybe working out a "zen" kinda plan before as part of her warm ups etc, its like grounding yourself....does sh do anything like that before her meets?

A 'Zen' plan, sounds interesting, would be better if she was calmer.

That sounds ouchy Caz, docs in the morning?
