    :j clean nappies!

I was thinking about you before, we were at a tea party and Molly was the oldest baby there. The smallest is three months old and she pooped four times in ten minutes and went through her mother's entire changing bag supply  for the last poop we were Macguyvering a size 4 one to fit her weeny legs :rotfl:

It was very loud and hot though and poor Molly had had enough after a couple of hours even with all the attention and playing with the other babies.

LOL that happened to me when I went to my mums, luckily I had a spare pack of nappies in the car, he also was going through about 10-12 sleepsuits/ vests per day... LOL. So if I go anywhere now I load my car up with tonnes of sleepsuits/ vests/ nappies/ etc. Hopefully he will start getting better, I feel like I am too scared to leave the house.

CAFC: Wot does your OH eat?! Sounds like a right nightmare to cook for!

my OH is very fussy too, he doesnt eat anything tomato based, HM maccaroni, quiche. Will only eat soup if its blended, he is usually left to fend for himself if i have made something he doesnt like!

Mel thats not good about the motorbike, after reading about twoflowers i told him i wasnt happy with him being out on a bike. He put it up for sale and was offered 2 kids quads, they were taken thinking we would keep 1 and sell the other but the kids wont allow that now!!

We mainly had chips, frozen veg and some frozen grillable thing. After I went to university I used to take over cooking when I was at home and one time my brother said he didn't want me to go back because he preferred my food. I hate oven chips.

I must be extreme with my seasonings - off the top of my head, I usually use basil, oregano, black pepper, chilli powder and worcestor sauce in my bolognaise.

yep - I did forget to include both salt and peper. But I fin if you brown the meat really well and let it cook for a decent length of time you don't need anything else with it. :p

I guess that all depends on how much meat is in it though. Were you around for mince-gate?

Me too! Well not those identical herbs/spices, but I do tend to throw in a lot of different things :). But we like big, bold flavors chez Aless.

You guys with picky OHs are far more tolerant than I would ever be! If DH had been like that when we got together, I would've told him to suck it up or go hungry :p. Luckily, mine only has 2 hates in the whole food world, besides his shellfish allergy, and they aren't things I'm inclined to make anyways :p.

Sausage was on the one that I didn't think of, but the dietician gave me a list of food to avoid/check. Breakfast cereal is another to check, as is margarine.

They put milk in some brands of sausage when they are binding all the meat together. The lady said it's in all sorts of processed foods and she has to read the packets of everything when she goes shopping or stick to brands she knows are safe.

I normally use various herbs and about 6 cloves of garlic. We had pasta bolognaise this evening, so apologies if I smell of garlic!

That sounds like when I lived at home! That's why I'm so anal about making things from scratch for my lot. We do have "bung in the oven" stuff occasionally if I'm unwell or something.

I had a recorded telephone call to do for work this afternoon. The children were all playing quietly with the train set in the sitting room, so I though I'd sneak into the office and make the phone call. While I was busy, Charlotte wandered through and said in a big loud voice "Maaaaam I'm just going for a poo":rotfl: Just praying that the recording thingy didn't pick that up :o
Here I go again on my own....

    lol@mincegate!!!!

I do my pasta sauce similarly... ALthough I alternate between worcestershire sauces and balsamic vinegar, depending what's in the cupboard...

Caitlyn's just been superbly lovely... She's just been sat pushing shapes through the shape sorter all on her own... First time she's show interest in the right holes, she usually just shoves them in and out of the main hole...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
