  • Weezl - do you think it would be possible to make Benjamin's chin look less damp on his pre-school photos? And do you know of anybody who is clever enough to do such a thing? ;)

Dips and carrots would be good, don't think they'd like onion bhajias, they're pretty good but not onions. School is strict on allergies, 2 kids with serious ones in school. Was also thinking about homemade sausage rolls but with decent mini sausages, feel sick when I think what they put in sausage rolls. Trying to decide if we stop the 2 days a week they have school lunches, at £2 a day it seems too much at the moment, it's one thing after another.

Also, maybe some little veggie pasties, thought that sounded yummy.
Too many children, too little time!!!

roasted flavoured chickpeas? grana padano is a cheaper parmesan and would be a little like a cheesy pringle flavour?

What about mini falafels? They are lush, instead of sandwich, make a falafel and you can get those mini pita pockets?

Chese whirls are nice? Not that I can make em like :rotfl:

    whats the allergies tara? Onion?

Oh mini breadsticks or big ones snapped in two, with that nice dip, what is it, its like cucumber and yoghurt or summat.

OH MAN I AM HUNGRY, and I keep drooling at Weezl's ganesh roulade or whatever it is, it looks "malicious" as Keira would say

me too... But the recipe doesn't specify and I've never made pastry with oil before... Thought it might be super non-sticking pastry...
no need to grease, I was soo worried about a soggy bottom but that pastry is magic!
