    I didn't grease... It moved around the bowl well enough I thought I'd take a punt... Also, I used a 7 1/2" casserole and made it deeper because it looked too shallow in the the 8 1/2" one...

    Does home made humous freeze? I'm not a fan myself but Aimee likes it... If I could freeze it, I could get some of those little weaning pots and do individual ones for her to take in her lunch box...

    pitta pizza - pitta bread/pasta sauce/cheese or diff topping
    Stuffed pitta ham & cheese / tuna & sweetcorn / chicken mayo
    Savoury Rice
    Tuna Rice
    Pasta with left over chicken
    Veggie sticks with humous
    potato salad
    frittata
    Hard boiled eggs
    rice cakes
    wraps with whatever we have in
    Home made fish fingers / chicken strips

    Thanks - chick peas worked but they only have tinned ones. Am assuming tinned works out more expensive. Ah well, will probably go to Sainsburys instead, I need some baking ingredients too.
