me too... But the recipe doesn't specify and I've never made pastry with oil before... weird lol... but, saying that... I had a ready meal the other day that just told me to put in the oven without piercing the plastic film for 45 mins.

I don't think I greased Krystal. Or if I did it was literally a dab of oil on some kitchen roll.
For the top I found it easier to stretch out in the bottom of my mixing bowl before going anywhere near the pie.please listen to MFD - she is a wise woman
