    Morning

Charlotte got a bike too Caz and hasn't been able to get out on it as the paths are still icy here. Hopefully it will go soon.

Taking them down the bank this morning to pay their Christmas money in.

Hope everyone has a good day xx
Here I go again on my own....

Caz usually getting them out and running around does help, when they're at home I think they all get under each other's feet!

My twins are meant to be sorting that mess in their bedroom so that they can come down and have breakfast, 10am and no end in sight. Gaah. It was tidy when they bwent to bed, surely it can't take that long!

Squeak is up now, just cooling her bottle down in a jug of water with a whole tray of ice cubes in it cos I forgot to boil the kettle earlier :o

    Afternoon all :)

We all have burning eyes and sore throats here *coughcoughcoughsplutter* and so we had McDonalds milkshakes for lunch. Miss M's shamefully being spoonfed the remnants of ours because she's off her food and also feeling bad.

Other than that I have been viciously wielding my debit card in the sales and have managed some wonderful bargains :money:

I agree, I like to live vicariously through your bargains. :D

Feeding her milkshakes is smart parenting, by the way, because she totally needs milk as a baby, plus the added sugar for energy, no? We were handing Finn chocolate cookies over Christmas for this reason, lol.

On a related note, I just have to say that while I love the comfort & nutrition I can give my sick child while breastfeeding, a 1 year old with TEETH who wants to feed like a newborn = OUCHIE NIPPLES.

I did ferocious damage to the Next sale (VIP slot), bought Husband some bits from M&S complete with 30% off, free delivery and a mysteriously added 10% off, got one of the Lush hatboxes yesterday, got some makeup from Benefit that was half price, free delivery and tracked three times in Quidco and bought a pair of bargain trousers from Topshop.

And I've shopped for all birthdays except one of my nephews in 2011 and only have the two nephews to think about for Christmas.

Edit: and three sets of bras and pants from La Senza :o

I am avoiding the Next sale, because I know if I look, I WILL find something I [strike]need[/strike] want.

Jealous of your sales shopping SS. I am staying away from real life and virtual shops as there is nothing I need and I really need to cut my spending. But i am so bored. I've actually been able to get Alex out for a walk in the buggy, along with the dog, as rain has finally washed away most of the snow and ice.

Hope all sickie people get some rest and recover very soon. So glad my bouts of illness were earlier in the month.
