Update: Susan was admitted to hospital and is now out but likely to be AWOL for the next while as she needs a lot of rest.

Busy day here, Gymboree is closed and Miss M and I went out there, I felt dreadful because she started giggling and dancing as we came out of the underground and she realised where we were going and then they were shut and she was so confused and disappointed

And the fascinator I decided to buy from a real shop rather than online because I begrudged the delivery charge is OOS instore and now online too *hmph*

    Pizza for dinner :D

does anyone know if Becles is ok maybe gone away for christmas or mega busy perhaps?

    Sorry - been mega busy!

Ended up with so much work before Christmas but managed to get all the shop visits done. Still got loads of online work left still to do.

Centre Parcs went ok apart from the weather. It was sub-zero temps all the time we were there so all the outdoor activities were closed off which was a shame as we wanted to do a few things. Mam was so surprised when she saw us all there though and she really enjoyed it. Pics on Facebook.

Christmas day went really well. We woke up before the bairns did and they finally got up at 8.20am! They all loved their presents. Charlotte got a bike, but as it's still thick of snow here, she's been riding it round the house instead, so I need new skirting boards now :rotfl:

Love this pic - she was really pleased with her Barbie car:

Belated Merry Christmas to everyone. Hope you all enjoyed the festivities

Sorry to hear Susan is unwell. Thinking of her xx

She absolutely loves that dress! We bought it before last Christmas in Tesco. I'd only popped in for some odds and ends, but she got her eye on it and fell in love with it. It didn't cost much and it's done both Christmases, her birthday and countless other parties too. Certainly had our money worth from it :money:

It's getting a bit tight now and she'll be devastated when she grows out of it!

Morning all! Finn actually played with some toys for a few minutes this morning, so we're very pleased :D. AND I'm going to get out of the house for the first time since Friday (woohoo!), just popping into town briefly but still will be nice. AND I ate a real breakfast! Lol, minor victories. Lots and lots and lots of laundry to do, and just general Getting Back Into It (slowly, though).

We've rescheduled the IL visit for this weekend now, so a bit of a belated Christmas but should still be nice.

I'm off to frost a birthday cake :D.
