I am really hiting a brick wall here with(tim the bed seller) where oh where oh where is the scam!if there bad quality cheap imports,why has it lasted so long?. I am not trying to get into a row with you but cant you see,I take one of your points on board about bankrupt stock,whats wrong whith selling bankrupt stock?.But personelly i dont think someone could be selling bankrupt stock all the time,and of course you can get wholesale for£100-all these little bed shops that sell for £250 or £300 quid,thats all there paying for them,go to smartprice in grimsby,i dont know if you come from anywhere near there or not,theyve got them£299-for double.are you going to say thats a scam as well,i think to much conspirecy theary here,(JUST GOIN TO HAVE A CUPPA WITH ELVIS,PRINCEESS DI AND JACKO) but honestley dont you get at all what i am tryin to say.by the way your actually proberbly a sound bloke so not meaning to be personell or anything your just looking after your buissness interests and i respect that.but please just ponder for a sec what i am saying:beer:

I didnt say anyone (that i am aware of anyway)bought one of these mattress in beverley,what i said is beverley bed shop has got same as mine for about £290 or £300 quid as well as a simuiler one not the same though in smartprice grimsby for£299 yes i have done my research,and come to the conclussion NO SCAM but like i said im not communist or conspirecy fanatic:j

If nothing i have said makes any sense fair enough i do sleep very well on mine. let everyone else go to dfs or harveys or benson for beds,spend a fortune on a bed thats definitly overpriced,i will conclude by saying that this is the only true scam here( big companys big prices:money:

It is becoming more and more obvious why you don't want to answer my questions. Either you are just making it up to cause an argument, or you are selling them, and you are trying to regain your credibility.

Shops wouldn't be selling them for £299 if someone could still make a profit at £100.

not saying you can make a profit at£100 saying manufacterer sells £100 for quantity. Read the original post.......they were selling them for £100 out of the back of a van.

You said that a supplier in Manchester (who you refuse to name), is selling them for £100 if you buy 25. So obviously the supplier would need to make a profit, and so would be buying them (or producing them) for about £50 each, otherwise they wouldn't be making enough profit. To make them at that price they wouldn't contain good quality materials.

So if the man in the van was buying them from the company in Manchester, then how would he be making a profit by selling them for £100???????????

I do know the bed industry, and I know the mark ups that many shops put on their products, so don't try to lecture me on the bed industry.

Now are you going to answer my questions????

On a further note i used to be in thr double glazing buissness which i got out of(didnt like the practice of over zealous salesmen)but the point is this retail cost for window£300--wholesale cost of window£150--manufactuing cost less than£30each.but the windows were fine its just economics THE SAME IN MOST TRADES.so instead of slating people for getting up in the morning out of there beds to get off dole,and working for a living try and encourage,IT ANNOYS ME BECOUSE I SPENT MANY YEARS ABROUD AND I AM ASHAMED TO SAY BuT BRITS GET A BAD NAME ABROUD FOR THERE CLOSED MIND APROUCH.It is getting full of-- paranoid --conspirecy fanatics oh its all a con atertude-- jeremy kyle rejects.My way is work hard self relient,play the game fairly,and encourage people willing to try!
