Yep had this mattress scam in the Midlands too

i am about the most carful people you could ever meet and think there are lots of scams out there,but after reading this forum latley i am convinced most people on here are looking for a scam that isnt there.my mattress cant be that bad quality its 10 inch deep and like i said slept on it for a year and a half,i visited freinds in beverley and my mattress (IDENTICAL IN BED SHOP FOR £299)I HAVE NEVER SMELT ANY CHEMICALS OR ODOURS ETC.IT FEELS ODD BECOUSE A START OF PAGE I WAS THINKING ABOUT SCAMS BUT FEEL LIKE I AM NOW DEFENDING THESE BED SELLERS BUT THE COUNTRY IS IN RESSECION AND IF I GET ONE HALF PRICE AND THE GUY SELLING IT GETS A LIVING REALLY WHAT IS THE PROBLEM.P.S ALSO FORGOT TO SAY MY MATE WHO BOUGHT ONE GOT WRONG SIZE PAID FOR DOUBLE BUT NEEDED KINGSIZE CALLED GUY,HE CAME BACK SWAPPED AT NO EXTRA COST,THEY CANT BE NICKED AS HE STILL SELLS NOW AFTER 18 MONTHS (THATS NO ONE OF THEFT IS IT)

So as i asked previously, what is the make and model, and who is the supplier?

It would help if you wrote in sentences using the correct grammar. What does this mean, !!!!!! : 'THATS NO ONE OF THEFT IS IT' ????

LOL at the watch story !

I was stopped a few weeks ago by some big black guy driving a flash BMW he showed me 3 watches, he claimed they worth £500 each, he said he was a car salesman and they give him watches to give away when someone buys a car ..... unfortunately for this guy I happen know a fair bit about high end watches and pointed out that not only where the watches he was trying to sell me extremely poor quality but they where also fake ...... he didn't take kindly to me telling him this and got a bit mouthy and sped off in his motor.

I know nothing about watches, high end or otherwise but I can still say with complete certainty that some random bloke trying to sell '£500' watches to passing strangers is not likely to actually have in his posession any watches worth that amount.

Seriously, anyone who goes for these things deserves to get ripped off.

hmm i like that now i sell beds ha ha ,but seriesly i cant sit back and listen to this crap. lets look at the (SCAM) a guy or lady lets not be sexist,trys to sell you a mattress -cheap- all the story that comes with it is rubbish IE (cant take it back to depot etc)but that is no different from tv ads remember this YOU BUY ONE I SAY YOU BUY ONE YOU GET ONE FREE.also massive closing down sale funny how the shops still there 5years later. my point is its all just sales patter or tactics,but how can i say its a scam to buy mattrees when i got everthing i was told and so did my mates as i already stated.if i was ripped of i would be first to warn everybody,its just bulk buying turning a small profit very quickley,and moving on to the next custermer,i have spoken to lots of people who bought these mattress and freely agree its a strange way to sell something but have heard no bad reports(FROM ANYONE WHO ACTUALLY BOUGHT AND SLEPT ON THEM)I DONT MIND ANYONE GETTING A LIVING AS LONG AS I GET WHAT I WAS PROMISED.also as stated i am not a bed seller but now feel like one, ha ha also a admit my grammer is bad sorry.:rotfl:

Now this is starting to sound very fishy. I can't imagine lots of people being taken in by this. And the chances of anyone knowing lots of them is very slim.
