Nice to see that you are wading through that list. I find them very helpful at the moment. Because it means that at least I get some things done, rather than thinking about it and only getting that done - thinking.
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

That's exactly it Chev - at the moment a lot of my working time is likely to be stuff I need to do around the house, Avon stuff, or prep work for the business, personal admin stuff, or just housework. I need to get into the mindset of that being as much "work" as when I'm sat behind a desk in someones office. The lists will help me focus I think.

And part two....
Stick my key to my desk at my old firm in an envelope with a note to the chap who is going to sort out my personal bits.
Post envelope with key.
Check, double check, and then submit Avon order Done! clicked through from Nectar site as well as it seems to be a possibility that we might be able to get Nectar points on orders via the Reps account.
Do next lot of leaflets to slip in with Avon books, and get them printed if I have enough ink. (more has been ordered, and may even arrive tomorrow) one set of leaflets printing as we speak - I have to hope I have enough ink for all of them! Leaflets done *just* - hope the ink arrives soon!
Get Avon C17 books ready to go to next houses. Done!
Sort out Avon C18 books - remembering to take a book out for each customer who has ordered this time round. Done!
Start an invoice for Client who is using me two days a week so I can just add each day in as its done then print off at the end of the month. Invoice started and saved, and yesterdays hours already input
Washing from machine (it will run overnight tonight on the cheap 'leccy) onto airer Is out of machine and as much as would go is on the airer
Sort another load of washing to go on overnight tomorrow Load is sorted and in machine but won't go on until tomorrow as we have a bit of a drying backlog!
Sort out thread for DFW photographic challenge if there is enough interest following my post on Pippi's thread! This is now posted up
Write to Sharesave people to ask for money back after leaving old company. Done - just needs a stamp & posting
Filing! Done (another of these things that actually takes longer to put off than it does just to knuckle down and do it!
Declutter and tidy spare room. Started on this
This is starting to feel like progress! About to pop out now and stick Avon books through letterboxes - I get the feeling it's cold out there so will be looking super-cool in OH's puffa jacket!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Couldn't find Scottishlass, but thanks to you too! Essex forwarded me the ebook of The Secret! I'm liking ebooks, saves the pages getting curled up or folded over, ha!
Well done on the list Essex, I feel one of my own coming on.0 -
Just made welshcakes for the first time, and very nice they were too! It was also a good incentive to get my big cast iron griddle out and cleaned up - I must now remember I have it and get a bit more use from it.
NSD's yesterday and today - I'm working tomorrow so might succumb to the lure of the pub at lunchtime but we'll see!
I think lists are the way to go to keep my time when I'm not actively working constructive at the moment. I only really thought it through when I was replying to Chev earlier, but it would be so easy to just let time slip and not achieve anything when I'm here - and whilst we can just about cope with the amount I'm earning for my two days for the client, it doesn't leave anything for me as spending money, or for clothes etc. I will be relying on Avon for spending money at the moment I think, but inevitably that income will be a bit transient and can't be totaly relied on, so it's essential that I get other clients also. So, after that ramble, the bottom line is that I will start a list ready for Thursday too.
1) Check banking
2) S&S bathroom
3) S&S Kitchen
4) Washing from machine onto airer
5) Assuming they have arrived, fit replacement printer cartridge.
6) Head clean and alignment check on printer
7) Print rememaining Avon bits needed for this campaign.
8) Drop books through to 3 of the 5 customers on Mums old territory who are a campaign behind my own patch.
9) Start working on leaflets which can be dropped to small businesses promoting my admin business.
10) Re-Read insurance documents for unemployment cover for the mortgage as almost certainly my policy will no longer be worth having with being self employed.
11) Sort out domain name for my business.
12) Make a batch of muffins for OH's breakfasts.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

16) GRRR! Go to sorting office to collect ink cartridges which were too big for the letterbox yesterday!
As well as the usual up, shower, dress this monring, and sorting out the washing, I've also emptied the dishwasher and finally got around to ironing three lovely silky pashmina style scarves that I really want to be able to wear. Been putting it off for ages so feels good to have finally got it done.
Just drinking a cup of tea now and listening to the wind howling around outside. Quite annoyed that I have to go out in it but it can't be helped - while I'm out I'll call into Tesco for some milk and also drop a couple of bags of stuff to the charity shop. Might pop into Wilkinsons to see about getting some bits for OH's "Years Supply of..." box for christmas too. May as well make the parking cost worthwhile!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡
