SO how can they get away with this blanket hold then? or is it an interim thing while they work out !!!!!! they are doing??
surely the brains (or lack thereof) in the banks realize 10,000 on hold claims that go to the fos will cost them £5'000'000 more on top of the extra 3-6 months wait at the 8% int. rate for the actual upheld refund???
something no one has mentioned so far! "WHERE THE HELL ARE THE NEW GOVERNMENT??" lets hear from you then!!
where is the fair play here then? your BIG SOCIETY is being shafted by the banks!
and while there at it! sort the bank charges thing out please!

No, its a fee FOS charge the firm for dealing with the complaint. This is how FOS are funded.
