Anyone whos got a Barclays complaint - watch your post over the next few days - you're going to get one of 3 letters - It's going to say, either, Were investigating and your case is not affected by the JR, the case is on hold due to the JR or your case is being declined. The Barclays complaints department seems to have woken up! (at last!).0

Martin - If you are reading, could you tell us when you are next on the telly?0

No it's just states that the case is on hold and we cant give you an answer at the moment due to the JR etc, etc - however, interestingly - it does give FOS referral if you're not happy. I've seen three of these this morning - so you can guess where they're off to in tonights post.
FOS are to put a lot more staff onto PPI complaints.
Bumper payday in store for them... as they get close to £500 for each case.
Can't see how the banks will win this war.0 -
