certainly have! I've used that tactic quite a lot when I received the run around to get a clients claim 'unblocked' - they soooooooooo don't want to hear from us riff raff :rotfl:

ps on the question of claims on hold - are yours all loans or both loans and credit cards - todate all we've had is pre-2005 loan claims put on hold.

Apparently Black Horse will be stopping new loans from next year and axeing 400 jobs! So who will be left to deal with my 6 PPI complaints I have with them!!??

They will have some sort of complaints department left and staff dealing things I would think. If they close down then its the FSCS isn't it?

yes loans and credit cards! all of it is being held! the letters keep on a comin!
