Had another very swift settlement today for a Lloyds loan taken out in 2005, 15k loan 3.4k ppi.
I completed the letter, and my friend sent it off approx 3 weeks ago.
100% upheld with 8% stat paid.
Any tips for getting paid ?? I sent off letter 28th September and told my claim had been upheld but that all letters on hold w.e.f 8th October. They can't give a date when Acceptance slips will be released. PS Claim relates to 2 loans, taken out in March 2005 and Feb 2007 so they don't even relate to the pre Jan 2005 issue which the judicial review relates to.0 -

My grandmother started walking five miles a day when she was 60. Now she's 97 years old and we don't know where the hell she is.0 -

Quick question guys - I've just spend ages reading through all this thread and have seen very little about PPIs and Egg. I sent my claim questionaire in to Egg a couple of weeks ago and got the 'we are dealing/8 weeks' letter. Will they now have put it on hold, and if not, what sort of timescale might I be looking at? (My loan was from 2005 and the amount of PPI was around £2500)0
