This is the first id heard of this (yes, head is permanently stuck in the sand lol) and gave them a call as we've been with then for 6 years but moved house last year so it was previous addy. Was told by a young lass that huffed and puffed a lot and spoke v....e...r....y slowly (:rotfl:) that we'll be recieving £35.78 + vat + interest.

Which will be bloomin fantastic just before xmas!

just checked back in my statements and i was with npower for all of 2007, so they shall be getting a call first thing! thank you!

we recieved £37 yesterday.wasnt a cheque but a letter to take to post office with proof of i.d.

Just to say, I never heard about this, I too am an ex-customer and now with Scottish Power, and to be fair to NPower, I have had a letter today telling me they owe me £58 from back then.

So maybe ex-customers a bit later, but they've paid up.

having a right runaround with them! looked up my old payment info, i can prove i was paying them but lo and behold, they cant find my gas account!

A few people are saying this then as if by magic they manage to find the a/c. Hope they find yours soon

I called a couple of weeks ago and was told I was due £21 back but as yet have not received anything, does anybody have an idea how long you have to wait until they send you the cheque please?

I was told 8 - 10 weeks when i spoke to them earlier this week and i was an existing customer until this week too .
