does anyone know when they will have more in?

    hope they do

They may not get anymore in as I think they were from a big supermarket who had them on special offer, the labels have been removed as they were a special promotional price (that is what a member of another site was told).

As the offer was 100% extra on food I assumed it was ALL food but is seems it didn't include chocolate which is a disappointment. :(

That's it and they are quite nice so not bad for 5p.;)

The thing is with these offers is you ponder and wonder if you should buy more because of the cheap price but it could be a false economy if they taste like $*!?

    :D

So you decide to put in another order and get some more and they have all gone.

    :(

These are the instructions that came on the cardboard pack:

        Loyd Grossman risotto rice packs

        How to use;
Cut open pack and completely break up the product into smaller pieces.
Heat a flat based pan on the stove top.
Add a med ladle ( or 118ml) of hot stock or water.
Heat the liquid to just below boiling pt
        Add risotto to the pan
Stir risotto over a high heat for 45 secs to 1 min.
        Season with pepper and serve

        Hints and tips
Stir in more liquid for softer risotto.
        Stir in less for firmer
Finish with precooked veg/protein and season to taste with fresh parmesan, salt and pepper

Ingredients: partially rehydrated arborio rice 87%, onion 4%, white wine 4%, veg stock ( carrot, mushroom, onion, salt.black pepper, rapeseed oil, mod maize starch, salt

        Per 100g sold weight = 201 cals

HTH - I have made a lovely mushroom risotto with it using that method. It does take longer than they say to get the pack to separate and cook !

Yes, ignore the timings on the risotto, and also the amount of liquid. The ifrst time my DS cooked it according to instructions and it was inedible. Last night I cooked it by sight, adding more liquid and cooking for longer. It needed lots of salt and pepper to jazz it up, but it was OK, we shall be eating the rest of the HUGE pack!
