nope not normal id ring them on the number on website i rung as something was missing on my order.

they were quick to answer and couldnt do enough to resolve

I've just phoned them and they said that the offer expired at midnight last night and they are honouring all orders made before that time. They also told me to expect a delay on the order as they've been inundated!

Their facebook page says they are snowed under with the amount of orders. No wonder they changed the offer until 12pm today. I placed an order on Wednesday early am and haven't had a dispatch note either. They are usually very quick in sending stuff out or replying to e-mails so the fact a few of us are waiting for our orders isn't worrying. They tend to pack their boxes very carefully and I'd rather my order arrive safely in one piece than be rushed through.

I have also been waiting for my dispatch note from bigbrands, I phoned and they are snowed under with orders and yes the offer was set to run until 12.00 midnight on Thursday, but due to the confusion they will honour orders taken on friday if you email first. They have a frequently asked questions section on the forum that is quite helpfull.

If i recall the offer was two days from wednesday the 3rd to friday the fifth. i dont think they changed it as wed/thur/fri three working days, i just dont think they were the clearest. They have said they will be more clearer next time and they did say after one person complained they couldnt take part as got paid friday, her and anyone like her could contact them and they would allow them to order on friday too.

Does anyone know if they are still using TNT for their deliveries?

I have just rang TNT to get a consignment number but they say there is nothing on the system yet but I only placed the order on Thursday morning.

Now that doesn't worry me as I am in no rush for the order but I don't want to be chasing TNT if they are using a different delivery company.

My recent order came with TNT, so probably still using them.
I ordered early Wednesday morning and still haven't had my despatch notice so I think you're right not to worry. They'll let you know soon when its coming.

Edited: Just had my despatch notice arrive and it is with TNT.

That's great, thanks very much.

It's just as well that it may take a bit longer that means I have more time to stay at my present weight!

Besides the 40 tins of beans and packs of noodles most of it is chocolate.

I got my dispatch e-mail today as well so delivery might arrive tomorrow as they (TNT) are pretty quick. A lot of people get the dispatch e-mail and delivery usually comes next day. Make sure you're in or someone else is!

ETA: SB44 if you want to find out about your order ring Big Brands. They are the ones that issue the tracking number once your goods have been dispatched. For some reason BB don't put the tracking number in their e-mail which would save a lot of bother.

What happens if you are NOT in? Will they leave things by front doors etc?
