What you have posted is exactly what I have said too. Its only when the goods are definately from that store - like next for example - that you would have to give a refund if faulty whether they had a receipt or not as it is obvious where the product has been purchased. (and obviously taking into consideration wear and tear and age of product and all the usual stuff relevant to the product)Sometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...0 -

It's amazing, reading through this thread how different people have different views reguarding returning items. So many customers think that they have the right to a refund regardless of the reason.
It always makes me laugh when a customer says "I know my rights".
9 times out of 10 when they say that they don't.0
