Still loving the positivity
Leeds isn't a goer for me, but I'll watch for when a southern one comes up
QUOTE]
I'm from freezing Scotland -Leeds is southern to me
How far south are you looking for?

Can I ask if anybody on the matrix is, or knows of somebody who does home boarding for dogs and if so would they be available at Christmas and New Year. - Managed to mess up my pet passport dates
MG - how about 'Who do you know who can put you in touch with a training manager at a national company with a large call centre in the city?' I can give you the answer too0 -
michelle, you're absolutely right, the internet is where you need to be. Plus any local craft shops, or yummy mummy baby shops. You're in Rotherham .... there's a lot of rich people in Sheffield.... and loads of them in Leeds..... I don't know locations up there as well as I used to, but I reckon you could be onto a winner there.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

What about knitting some smaller things Michelle? That blanket is beautiful
And fabulous especially for someone who only learned to knit this year! :T Baby clothes or scarves or mittens or something similar can be fairly easily customised with tweaks to patterns, or embelishments, and I'm pretty sure that some people allow you to sell things you've knitted from their patterns, as long as you acknowledge where the pattern came from (although you'd have to check, of course!). Good luck anyway!
MG, no idea on the final question - but how fabulous to break things down! Does seem rather more manageable that way, doesn't it? I'll have a think on - I used to do some voluntary work in Leeds for a small environmental charity, don't know what they'd be able to do, but they've probably got a bit of a network... What do you want us to do, PM you names so you can send publicity? Or send us posters etc to pass on? I don't live in Leeds, but can potentially email stuff?0 -
