I can sooooo relate to this sentence :o - my own self belief and confidence are at an all-time low :(

... can't believe how scared I was at simply delurking to join this thread :rotfl:

... not ready to play just yet but will start by being the Matrix's No. 1 cheerleader :T

I was a complete lurker till about 2 weeks ago, when I finally got the courage upto post (and that took a while). I was encouraged but the total positivity that flows here (and the fact that nobody judges).
I walked out on my job a month ago and was at a real low ebb, in the past 2 weeks I managed to get another job (not a great 1, but a job is a job and I have time to work out what I really want) and my lovely OH has received a decent payrise as well. A lot of people would call it coincidence (I call it the Universe giving us what we need rather than what we want at this time) but I call it reality.
I just need to work out what I can do now to help the Matrix because you can't receive without giving a little back.
Love what I have learned and that is to have a little more faith in myself and human nature.
I hope it wont be too long before you feel ready ;):D

Still loving the positivity :) Leeds isn't a goer for me, but I'll watch for when a southern one comes up :)

  • Not had time to read it all. I got up to page 7 on this thread and haven't even begun on the original one! Just been skimming through it, though will read the blog properly when I get home. It all seems very interesting though :D

  • My goodness. Things move so quickly here.

I have been trying to catch up sporadically as well as run a new business idea myself making hand knitted items for sale after seeing the successes people have been having here, and also the support on my own diary.

Just caught the kit stuff. I will start asking round when i am out and about myself, starting with family. I am sure my sisters would ask on their respective school runs as well. I've not seen any details on this thread about where in the UK they need to end up if i get some.

Will have to PM memory girl and get my details on the matrix. So much to remember. :rotfl:

And before i forget - Birthday wishes to surfbabe and firewalker too. :D

Can I have honest opinions please? using odd beads is right out of my comfort zone, but thought I would try, Not sure thinking of taking it apart.

Loved the bracelet, would look great with an outfit in any of those colours or white & would really liven it up.

Oooh, two birthday girls today - I hope you have both had a great day and are being spoilt rotten :D

I have just put the poster up on our internal electronic website. Fingers crossed that I get some responses. First time I have ever asked for anything like this so I am a bit nervous!

In answer to the PM that asked me why the business is being launched in 5 days.

Yes you win a prize - it will be exactly one year to the day since the bank left me standing with "71p and three nappies":(

And you are right - one month after thatis the date of my first seminar - so off to update my signature.
