Right - in the spirit of spending the day doing MSE basic bootcamp again,
My really old mobile has just about had it - the battery will no longer take the charge.
The Mad Memory Guy has given me an old O2 mobile - that asks for a PIN when I put my SIM card into it. Do I need to get a PIN number from Orange or do I need to get the phone "unlocked"?
or do I need to get on ebay and buy a new battery for my old old phone?

I assume mad memory guy owned said phone in the first place? He should ring O2 and as them for the number that unlocks it. I "think" they will do this free of charge but he'd have to double check.I have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks

Well done on your mobile deal - will avoid that nagging feeling of being near your limit.
My sum total of achievement today has been a badly-needed haircut. It's been bad hair days for the past 10 days! But I need to find a new hairdresser - current one's getting too pricy even though the girl does a great job.
I may resort to stopping people with great haircuts in the street again - "excuse me, I hope you don't mind a personal question, but your haircut is fab - who do you go to?" will be followed by, "how much do you pay?" :rotfl::rotfl:
I always go to our expensive salon and get a trainee or just qualified to do it. Costs max £20 and because they are just starting on their own they are always very meticulous and it gets checked over.xxFaced up to debts April 2009: £43099:eek:

MG
I agree - I am on PAYG and get 300 Texts but have never made 100. My DS on the otherhand somehow manages to use 4000:eek:0 -

Have to admit my drive back was much easier than the drive through, quicker and I felt much more confident. Apologise if I was a bit quiet, there was a 1000000000000 things I wanted to say, but kinda got caught up in the moment and listened a lot.
Have to say though MG looks way younger than her photo, way to go MG.
Have a great day everybody.
