    well errmmmm

he just chucked loads of stuff in a pot and hoped for the best, but it was so lovely :) he can make it again.

he opened 2 tins of tomatoes put into a pan
chopped 3 carrots put them in
chopped a red onion put that in
    a drop of olive oil
    few squirts of tomato puree
some pepper salt, mixed herbs dried basil and a pinch of sugar,
let it all boil till the carrots were soft then blended it so it was smoothe.

There you go tomato soup a la Nathan lol

What a great, interesting discussion there is on here. For myself its a bit about believing the universe will provide and taking opportunities. I think its about taking bits from different things and finding what works for you. We are all unique and different.

Crafty. Hope you are feeling a bit better. Will have to look that book up.
Boddy - have a google for it. I have a feeling there is a web-site and an ebook you can download.
Thanks for all the comments and different insights.
Maybe I need to practice being more open minded.

This is good - made me think. The Lord (or the Universe) do provide - but most of the time what is provided are opportunities. If we don't spot them or are not prepared to use them the blame can't go to God or the Universe, really:rotfl:.

Some friends of ours had organised a trip to the enchanted forest at Faskally tonight. As a thank you for helping them move house and providing the car transporter that bought their VW beetle up from England, then they phoned and cancelled as they hadnt realised you had to book, thought it was pay on arrival lol. But heyho we are going ten pin bowling and out for food instead so its all good. Looking forward to it now. its lovely when friends show they care and appreciate. We didnt expect it so will be a nice treat.

  • Last of the tada list...

mopped wooden floor in bathroom, hallway, kitchen
    third lot of washing
wiped down my bed frame with bleach
    hoovered bedroom
    washed up
cleaned bbq rack as much as possible
wiped kitchen door and cupboard doors
    wiped kitchen surfaces

before i go to bed, i just need to finish unpacking suitcase and put it all away. think im going to treat myself to a bath though!!

Regarding the Secret, while I'm not sure about asking the universe for stuff, I do believe things happen for a reason and coincidences are part of that.
