OMG  dh has made a right booboo, He has only taken the cat to the wrong vets :(

Sorry but that made me chuckle - hope you get something sorted.

@Mags30 have you found anyone to help you? I don't know the area at all but if I can be of any help

@MatyMoo - I think you asked what was on my play list - fairly random but my top three are Take That - Never Forget, Deacon Blue - Dignity and David Jordan - Sweet Prince (that came from my exercise class and is a part when we do stretches so always seems to calm me down)

And thank you to whoever mentioned SUMO cam in very handy when I was on the bus this morning.

What language am I starting to study? Ancient Greek
Why? To help me with my OU MA in Classical Studies

Wow! I did Ancient Greek O level many years ago and loved it, it's such a fascinating language (if rather a lot of grammatical tables to learn, lol) and having studied a couple of years of Latin as well, I find that I can often 'read' unknown languages as it's a great grounding for so many other languages. Well done you!

    .

No, will be away from the computer again for the whole weekend, until Monday evening but I can do it then unless anyone else fancies doing it before that. Dublin is the last date on the list anyway so it's probably not too urgent.

Some ideas on London, firstly just spotted this on the BBC website, it definitely looks like fun:

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-11647853

Have you been to see the 'Ceremony of the Keys' at the Tower of London, it's really special

Last time we were in London we went to TCKTS in Leicester Square, for the discount theatre tickets, and went with a 'long list' and basically saw a few different things we wouldn't have done. The highlight of the week was 'The Thirty Nine Steps'., we're back in London for a week in November, and might have to see it again :o

We loved the Thirty Nine Steps - we got tickets off Last Minute Dot Com, with cashback from QUIDCO too. A two course meal and tickets for 39 steps for £20 per person. Was meant to be balcony seats but we were given stalls. It was so funny = several german tourists near us were in hysterics at it, which surprised us, thinking it typically british humour

Oh, might look into last minute dot com then, sounds good, we like Quidco too. :D Job for this weekend to discuss Nov trip home plans, and Christmas plans too.

You don't need to have seen the Hitchcock film either I think to enjoy it, although it probably helps.

Just realised I don't need a 50 day or 100 day challenge just realised what's got to be fitted in the Nov trip home

So mega scheduling needed, especially as I want to include fun, and the time for that is made by dealing with the rest as efficiently as possible.

Christmas will be the same, back to the UK, but probably Christmas/New year in Dublin (first time there). So lots of logistics to sort out, and the later I leave it the dearer the flights etc will be.
