    MG, how about;

    Dear Universe,

I will shortly be walking into an amazing, warm room in Leeds, filled with young people eager to learn my technique of mind mapping.

Not only will words flow easily and freely from my mouth on this day but I will be self confident and calm whilst I deliver my programme of mind mapping.

This in turn will start to cascade throughout the country and on each successive date on my mind mapping tour my reputation will grow as an amazing teacher and inspirational speaker.

    Thank you.

Need your help my friends - as my head is too fuzzy to come up with the right words.

What I'm trying to do (after a quick lie down and read of "The Secret") is to come up with the words that shift me from "blind panic" that I will not be able to get a nice buzzy full room in Leeds to the place where I can attract all the right people into the room.

So can you help me come up with the effective manifestation mantra?

This probably sounds really daft but I would do the following:

    1) Imagine yourself talking to a room full of learners of different ages and from different walks of life - make it lighter so you start feeling warm and light inside; and very happy and powerful.
    2) Will visualise people booking on the website - and the word Leeds oposite the square they are checking.
    3) The mantra: "Learners and me are like honey and bees."

Hope this gives you some ideas - but the main thing is to imagine big red letters saying:

    Don't panic!

Sorry MG got a bit distracted with train fares...don't really have any mantras but what I did do after reading the secret was to put together a positive song list on my ipod which when I'm feeling negative I switch on and it helps me focus more if thats any help.

I have two CD's (on my iPod now) that I play after a sh1tty day at work at full volume to cheer me up and blow the days woes away :D

Very embarrassed to say they are the Soundtrack to the musical Barnum and The Black Dyke Mills doing the music for Ground Force :o But I love them both!

What music do you play to brighten your day?

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Same question really which site and do I have to buy separately.

Thank you for all your trouble

I did it through https://www.crosscountrytrains.co.uk - no booking fee.

BLIMEY, I GIVE UP! Are these tickets disappearing in front of my very eyes??? That £11.50 ISN'T THERE ANY MORE! And I'm absolutely sure it WAS!:eek::eek:

    (sorry! :o)

That makes it easier anyway :)

You can book in one go - Bangor to Glasgow, leaving on 4th, coming back on 5th. All the individual ticket prices will come up, and you can select the 6.01am on the way out (£14) and the 15.36 on the way back (£35.50). Then just follow the instructions and pay for both in one go :)

(sorry for the slight blip there - you know when you feel like you're going mad?? I'm going to believe that all the £11.50 tickets sold out, so I don't have to think that I imagined them :p) So actually, Scottish lass was right all along, and I should just stick to drinking hot chocolate and stop trying to sort out other people's lives when I'm evidently incapable of seeing to my own! :rotfl:

Probably an age thing, but the first thing that sprang to mind when I saw this was...
