might be worth a bump 4 those with shortterm memorys

    Just a piece of advice.

You are not doing your reputation any good.
Were all aware last month showed the Halifax index down 3.6%.
It's been surpassed by three other releases since then (Nationwide, LR and Halifax again).

Time to move on to the new data, or you could try utilising the smoothed out 3 month trend which will include your -3.6% for another two months.

That said regard to reputation, your doing an extremely great job in depicting the level of the tin hatters in here. Maybe you should keep going.

So I take it all back, keep up the great job your doing Dirk.

!!!!!!, i know it was the biggest fall since Princess Diana married Prince Charles or something like that but with yesterdays "rise" in house prices it means that this massive -3.6% fall works out at only 0.9% falls for September and October.

i just thought i'd cover your back in case any clever clogs tried to bump your thread...

Don't know but you can forever cling to this statistic for years yet that this is signs of a crash all the while as you pay off your LANDLORDS mortgage for him.
