    There is defintly a negative trend but this looks too large. I'd expect a fairly high positive number next month to offset some of this.

    Mate if you think that, you need to see a doctor quick

    Quick diall 999, tell them what you posted and where,they should be with you quickly.

    If you feel you need to post again, wait, think and then find a bank that is solvent

    Look, I fully expect prices to fall over the short to medium term but not at this rate.

    There's a small handful of people that have been renting for the last five years waiting for news like this. They'll be jumping for joy today.

    Unfortunately this will only serve to fuel their misguided notion that prices are going to fall by 70% and they'll end up in rented for another five years on the back of this.

    It's them I feel sorry for. Poor suckers don't know any better. They've already missed the boat paying down the debt at 0.5% base rate for the last 18 months.
