There is no debate; prices have stabilised as the recent +3.1% showed. And those figures are more relevant and current than this threads.0

Oh yes the index of what people are asking for there houses is much more important than an index which shows what people are paying for houses...

Halifax -3.6%. coupled with Nationwide -0.7% (but according to the BBC, house prices are still 1.4% up on a year ago :rotfl:), you`d think the property rampers from Scotland and Thailand would be out in force.
