The judge has ruled the anti-suit injunction wanted by RBS and the board against the owners action in Texas is granted.

So Liverpool for the housing board. (H&G are hicks and gillet the house is Liverpool)
H&G buy house for cash.
H&G remortgage 100% of the house
H&G spend money on the house but not wisely.
It is remortgage time, H&G dont have the money so the bank agree to 6 moths but only if they can appoint the estate agent (board). H&G agree that the EA has the right to sell it.
After 6 months the EA agree to a sale but the owners don't agree as they believe it is worth twice as much. Even though reposession is a week away and it going to auction.
Owners go to court admiting they have breached the mortgage terms and cant remortgage. They lose.
They then try to stop the sale of the asset they cant afford to keep. It is overruled again.
If we put in house terms who has any sympathy with these guys??0 -

Liverpool sicken me for what they did to English football in the 80's and then paid no higher price than any other English team. They should be docked the 9 points anyway for having a victim complex and delusions of grandeur. horrible club. this is a shameful episode in english football.0

Other than being the most success club in england and because of people who were not fans but thugs meant every UK club was punished.
If that had not happened they would have most probably been the biggest club in the world not where they have been since the 90's.
It was not just liverpool it was UK football, it was just we attracted the most thugs as we were the most sucessful an d playing in europe nearly every season.
No fan supports what UK football supporters (lose term) in the 80's.0
