I take it the memory clinic will be used to that & will hopefully factor that into the results.

Bah to cards.
If I hadn't added the water to the fuel purchase we would have been okay. I have learnt another lesson and that is to stick to budget. I was just desperate for a drink after being in the hospital for a few hours. Should have taken a bottle with me.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

Today I have phoned the HMRC to ask/ plead etc for Mr P's tax to be taken as PAYE to no avail but someone will phone us back to chat about a payment plan
I paid £10 to show goodwill. If Mr P was at work these payments could be made relatively quickly.....
I have checked to see if we are entitled to benefits but because we have converted the barn we now own property so are not entitled which is fair enough but HMRC guy wanted me to check....
This month we don't have council tax to pay so can make a payment towards electricity. We received a letter from them yesterday and then three today. Methinks they need a phone call to tell them I have spoken to them at length.
All the loans and mortgage will be paid this month as we don't have payment breaks available on any accounts. I still have to work through our dds and cc payments to add up minimum payments to see what we have left after payday on 24th, if anything.
DS3 is being an absolute star and has found a labouring job which he will start on Monday, weather permitting, to help make up the shortfall from his dad not working. He is planning on spending the weekend looking for a job at sea.
I have been out in the cold to make a warmer bed for our outdoor cats. I know they were barn cats but I felt I could make them more comfortable without spending anything. I fancied one of the little furry cat houses for them but have compromised. I cleaned out the large animal carrier (large cat/small dog) and lined the bottom with two old pillows, wrapped it in a fleece blanket (£2ish) from Mr T a few months ago, and placed it on the bottom shelf of my tin storeshelves and resting on a massive tin of tomatoes. So they are still off the ground but will hopefully snuggle together in the one basket. They had been sleeping on the bottom shelf but had a cushion each.
We got 4 eggs today so we could almost dare to put a poster in the window to offer them for sale again. Maybe we will eat them ourselves for a change first. Eggs, beans and chips could be today's dinner.
Lunch for the three men was ham shank broth. It certainly feels like the right sort of food for this weather.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

I missed your cocktail partyI hope it was fun
Last night DS1 bought us fish and chips for all of us so we still have the eggs, beans and chips for tonight. We would normally only have chips once a month but we have an actifry so they can be healthy chips.
DS1 also bought 3 bags of coal and tells me it is my birthday present. Just what I needed
DD sent me a message to ask how we are managing, she offered me some money to see us through February. I just burst into tears from the relief of being able to talk to someone about it. She has put £200 into our accountMy family have been amazing and I am so very grateful to all of them.
DA bought us some carrots and potatoes for £2 to pay for the petrol we used to go to the hospital with her. :rotfl::rotfl:And a jar of mustard I bought her last time I took her shopping. :rotfl:

Pooh, it's so lovely the way your family are pitching in and helping out
. It shows what a great job you did of bringing them up. Family are the really important thing and you're on a winner there, the debts are only money. I hope Mr Pooh is feeling better x
LBM Dec 2011. Aimed, but failed, to clear all unsecured debt by Feb 2019. Finally free of unsecured debt 21st May 21!

We have had lunch at a carvery today. The family all paid for Mr P and me too so it has cost us nothing. It was lovely as they had arranged for DS2 to come over to eat with us. I haven't seen him since New Year so it was nice to catch up. We then spent £26 in A1di on fruit and vegetables and a meat pie for the men when I am away on Tuesday. It is a family tradition that they have pie when I am away. Started when I used to go away on conferences. It was never 'Oh no Mum has to go away'. It was always 'Great we get to eat pie!!'
DD and DSIL bought me a rail ticket and entrance to V and A museum for Christmas and birthday present. So I will be going on Tuesday with DD and DGD on the train, coming back very late the same day.
It means I really need to be on the ball and make sure there isn't anything that needs paying or that needs sorting out. I know it is only one day but I need to be sure I don't forget anything.
I know I have to pay Mr P's pickup insurance from our personal account as there is nothing in his business account.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

Our trip to London has been postponed as we can't get to the station. We are not completely snowed in but we had planned to travel early tomorrow and the roads to the station are closed.
It gives me more time to sort out finances.
