DS2 has a different MP to us as he has a house in the city. He is with us at the moment though as he isn't well enough to be at home alone. Just wondering which one to write to. Or both maybe?

Yesterday wasn't a NSD as the garage where we went for the MOT , after initially telling us we would only have to wait half an hour, took an hour and a half, so we ended up spending on food and tea. It came to £10.50 for two of us.

Hopefully today will be a NSD :)

I would write to both, it certainly won't hurt.

    Hope he feels better soon

Today our new boiler has been fired up :D

But now the plumbers are gone we have some leaking radiators :(

Not many and we have turned them off. It is just the bathroom radiators that are leaking so not very important. We can just leave the doors open and they will warm up :D

It is now a pressurised system and the pressure has helped the water find some weak spots.
And whenever we turn on a tap we have hot water :D:D Can't stop grinning. And walking around feeling radiators :D

Thank you Dad and step mum :)

£1 spent today on knit and natter.
Just finishing off DGD's new cardigan that I have been knitting with Aldi wool. I would definitely recommend it if it is still available.

I have started sorting out 90kg rice for our next 'rice challenge'. The plan is to hand it over to someone else asap so I can concentrate on getting organised for the wedding.

And at this very late stage we are writing invitations to those we know are able to go to the wedding and a few aunties and uncles too.

    A reminder to myself;
    phone new York
invite cousin to stay here while we are away
    pay Lloydsts8 f anf f payment
sort aunts post into junk and important

It is great. I have knit DGD a cardigan from one ball of their yarn. And my ladies at knit and natter are now nearly all using it. It is very cheap but great quality.

Ooh, thank you for that. I might not be able to get into a store as I will be in Scotland but I will ask DSIL to have a look for me.
