    Hi,

I wonder if anyone could help me, I have 4 tickets to go see Mr Poopers Penguins tomorrow, but have a slight problem there is 5 of us the youngest being 3, and just wondered if we all went and if anybody said anything, would they let us all in if we sat the youngest on an adults knee.

I suggest getting there early and asking to speak to the duty manager about it. My Odeon will help people out as they balance people who need an extra space with the people who haven't used whole allocation of tickets. But I can't promise all cinemas will do this. Let's hope you are lucky. Fingers crossed.

Which cinema are you going to? Maybe somebody else on here has a spare ticket and you could go in together?

If it's really busy which I expect it will I don't much fancy your chances.

I strongly advise you not to sneak anyone in. Just have a word with the manager as I said earlier. I honestly can't see them turning you away with a group of children. I know that cinema, have been with friends. Staff are pretty understanding about things.
  • Does anyone have any tickets to Super 8 showing on 26th July in Sheffield???

I really tried to get the tickets at the time but the page was just too busy. Im only asking if anyone has a ticket they arent going to use.

Hopefully nextime this happens i will refresh the page more often.

    Seen Horrible Bosses on 21st - 7PM

Ofter the long queue for Limitless screener I made sure I was at least and hour or so early. Got there second in queue just for it to get busy (I had been waiting about 45mins) and two middle aged women push in whilst I had my back turned watching Twilight trailer behind me. Turned around and "You do realise I was second here, you can't push in" all I got was "so F***" Not wanting to grab her by her hair and drag her outside (no doubt would have gotten barred) I sneakly told the usher while getting a drink.. Next thing I knew they were being escorted to the back of the large queue... Made me smile :) Only for them to get into the screen and sit next to me..... God I could have killed them!!

Apart for stressing me out it was a great movie... Hilarious! Best film I've seen in a while.

Just back from Mr Poppers Penguins at Leeds/Bradford which was less then half full (yet SFF site said sold out).

Kids enjoyed the film and overall would say is a decent family film.

Went to MK this morning to see Mr Poppers Penguins, screen was pretty much full.

Single adult sat next to us obviously didn't like it much, left halfway through. I'm all for seeing free films, but found it a bit odd that anyone without kids would actually want to see a film like that, as it really is child orientated. Nothing wrong with them wanting to, just expressing an opinion really. Is it a case of people go and see whatever films they can for free, whatever the genre?
