  • I am getting very concerned with M&S online delivery, as I ordered the cybershot cammera when it was offer of the day and some things from the sale, when I check my order status under tracking it says they have both been delivered but I have nothing!
I have emailed them about this but am still waiting for the reply.

I don't think things are looking very hopeful. I ordered some suits for my husband. When the order first went through, it was showing 2 jackets for delivery next week (and these have now been despatched). The rest of the order was showing as delivery the end of November so I wasn't very hopeful of receiving them. Just loked at my account, and 2 more jackets showing as being due to be sent in the next few days ( wasn't sure what size jacket to get which is why I bought 2 jackets in each style) but the rest of the order has disappeared - I haven't received any notification of them cancelling the order.

What annoys me is that the suit jackets are obviously no use without the trousers so we will have to return them but I have had to pay postage. I only ordered items where I could get matching jacket and trousers. (I did order some socks for myself but only as I was doing the above order - the postage was more than the cost of the socks.)

I have had problems with M & S online sale previously but last time everything was ok so I was stupidly hopeful this time.
  • If you return the whole order though they will refund the postage apparantly.

I was expecting my order to be delivered this morning. A man knocked my door and said he was delivering on behalf of DHS passed me a parcel and was gone. He was not in a uniform and he drove away in a normal car. I was not asked to sign for the parcel so who did ? !!!!!. The parcel was open but I was unable to make note of that when signing. Thank goodness nothing was missing.

Couriers have delivered DHL parcels to me, instead of the uniformed driver in a van, you should still have been asked to sign for it tho.

He probably did it himself to save himself some time.

Not that that is a good excuse.
  • Had an e-mail to say my order has been despatched. Really hope it all fits.

I should have learnt my lesson from before but stupidly thought they must have improved since the last fiasco but nope as soon as I got the first email I cancelled the whole damn order. I don't think I will be bothering again somehow.

    Hi all

I am a DHL @ Home courier (deliver in my car not a uniformed driver in a van) just seen some queries about parcels being left without being signed for, thats quite right we do not have to obtain a signature for them.
