Am gutted we can't pick up from the store. It was so much easier, as I could try them on when I picked them up too.

I've just looked at my order, one of my items says estimated despatch 26th November :eek:

I have also just ordered - I tried to select Nominated Day delivery, but it wouldn't let me, so I phoned CS. They are aware there is a problem and say that the delivery date I got (29 Nov) is also wrong, so you will prob get your stuff much earlier too.

does any one use their men socks? as i see their in the review for the sock that they are not good.....i had use the next ones which are best but i have to wait till xmas for the sale to start

Went to the Peterborough sale to look at the kids stuff today. Waste of time! Lots of older girls stuff but I could count on one hand the amount of boys items I saw!

Those who have had stuff cancelled after ordering online, do they send you 1 email with all the items on that they've cancelled or could they send you one then the next day another email with more cancelled items on? I ordered about 10 items online and just had an email to say 2 items are now cancelled. Wondered if its likley I'll get the other 8 items or could they cancel them too!?

I wasn't looking for anything in the sale but had a quick look at this thread the other night , couldn't resist for daughter so I ordered it.

It has been despatched and should be ready for collection instore tomorrow.:)

Despite ordering before midnight on Monday and choosing the earliest nominated delivery date(today) I still managed to get the dreaded 'we are sorry to have to tell you that.....' email - when will M&S learn that they must do something about their online stock system?

On add insult to injury they also managed to charge me for the item not dispatched! Not very impressed and I am having to take most of the stuff that back anyway. When will I learn my lesson and avoid putting myself through the disappointment??? :eek:

Hope everyone else manages to get the stuff ok.
