Placed an order online at lunchtime - tried to get nominated delivery and it said earliest was Saturday - so I just went with Standard delivery in the end. Now when I look it is offering Thursday! Whats going on there?? Tried to change it online but it won't let me! Looks like I'll be getting nothing then!

I went into my local store (Hastings) just after 9am, i managed to get some bits for the kids and a pair of shoes for me (was £25 down to £9!)
I thought i might have got more than i did, although when i went back in a little later more stock was being added (but not what i was looking for)

Anybody else had the dreaded email from M&S

'We are really sorry to let you know that we have had to cancel your order due to stock availability'

I placed my order last night at 11pm ish - am very very annoyed!! I can kind of understand cancelling some items on an order due to stock but not the whole order - all 18 items!!!

Yep! I have exactly the same but they rang me to tell me. :mad::mad::mad::mad: I placed my order about 10ish so am really peed off at the moment especially as I needed the pyjamas for my little girl.

I ordered last night after 10 but I noticed someone posted earlier to say that they dont allow you to get sale items delivered to store well I played about with my order and store delivery came up so it says I have to pick them up Sunday but to be honest with all the carry on last time during the M&S sale I would say anytime soon and I will have the dreaded email:( POOR SHOW M&S

I hope there is some nice underwear this time, I was dissappointed with the lack of choice and sizes in the last sale. Will pop down after work and see what's occurin.

well i got most delivered today, missing 2 x tops.
got 1st email to say top 1 to follow soon no date, then another email saying top 2 was being dispatched for delivery today, then 6mins later saying top 2 order canxd as no stock.
So not sure if im getting last 2 tops or not...will wait and see.

It would be the same sale items online and instore, so if you'd spotted some things online that weren't priced up instore they would probably been sale aswell, staff just hadn't got round to it yet!
