I've just re-ordered some of my cancelled items (& a few others!) and will wait and see if I get them.

Well I am most annoyed, I did 2 orders as I missed the Cinderella dress the first time around. Well, the Cinderella order has dissapeared from my account completely but I have received no email from them so I'm guessing I'm not getting that!

The initial order was 2 pairs of childrens shoes and a full price set of puzzles, I have had an email just now to state one pair of shoes are now out of stock, grrrr! So I have now cancelled the whole order.

First time I had ordered from the sale....won't be doing it again either!

I ordered in excess of £250 of items around 8am on Tuesday morning. 3am Wednesday morning, email send advising delay. I telephoned on Wednesday and was told that most of the items were oos and these would have to be cancelled off my order. That left 4 items. I could not have nominated day delivery as the computer would not allow that. OK, but I was assured that there would be no delivery charge. I even checked and could see this on line. Today, I get an email advising dispatch of 3 items and have been charged for delivery.

I really should learn my lesson. This happened to me during the last sale. Admittedly, I received £30 as a goodwill gesture, but I really cannot be bothered with the aggravation.

I ordered the cinderella dress on the morning of the sale and there were over 750 in stock at the time of ordering. It has disappeared from my order, without an email apologising. I'm really sick of this happening on M&S sales.

Just had my first M&S order problem, I know I know I have been lucky up till now!!!!
Got my order delivered this am, only it isn't my order its someone elses!!! It is adressed to me, but the order inside is someone elses with their packing slip.
Called them up apparently my order was only dispatched this morning and is not scheduled for delivery till the 11th Oct. They asked me to return package, I said no, its your mistake come and pick it up. They said they cannot do that like eh?????? Am not anywhere near a M&S shop.
Under normal circumstances I probably would have made the effort to return it but I work full time and am never near a post office, plus am off work at the mo with horrible virus.
They told me there was nothing they could do if I won't return it and just to keep it.
Not gonna do that once am better will take it to PO. What a shambles. Will wait with bated breath to see if my order turns up!
