M&S sale moved forward

Most of mine disappeared from my account. I rang them and they say they've been cancelled even though more than 10 of some items still showing on website!

I see some people on here are saying you can't get a delivery to store for sale items, it let me select to store when I ordered the night the sale started. I was expecting a email canceling everything after reading on here but I just got a email saying everything is dispatched to collect from on Sunday very happy but maybe I should wait until the items are actually in my hands before I celebrate!!!

Ordered night before sale with delivery to store and just had despatch note saying all items are ready for collection this weekend.

I had my order disappear too, even though most of the items are still showing more than 10 in stock. When I contaced M&S customer services they replied:

"I sincerely apologise for this as I have no reasonable explanation for why this has been done!"

and told me to contact them by phone and they would re-order manually for me "to ensure there are no further errors"

I've just spent over 20 minutes on the phone to them trying to find out why lots of my order has been cancelled when it is still showing as available on website. Items are out of stock and they can't explain why the website is over 24 hours out of date (that's when my cancellation email was sent apparently - I didn't actually receive it). Just got the usual comment that they would pass my comments to IT.

Items I have got are no use as they are part of a suit - only help they offered was to send a courier to collect but as I have to do the school run I can't guarantee I'd be in when they come so is no use to me. My local store only takes back items they sell so will have to make a special trip to return items to another store. I'm not keen on taking to the P.O. as I want to get the refund and know that M & S have got the items as they are expensive.

I have reordered those items showing over 10 on website but I don't know if it'll do any good as customer services said they were out of stock.

Just been into M&S - there were notes on their rota saying Further Reductions - Saturday.

Website saying sale ends midnight tonight - guess thats just the online ordering bit, I suspect stores will continue until all the stuff has gone..

got an email to say my order has been despatched to store with all items in it.
