Here I am at silly o'clock.

It's my own fault, busy day yesterday which ended in a bit of a major child drama. I hadn't eaten enough during the day/evening so hence being hungry now. Note to self if you are hungry when you go to bed at 11:30 eat something then otherwise you will be awake at 4 am

    3. 8.55pm Open bottle of wine and box of choccies, then take charge of the remote for THE APPRENTICE:j

I'll be joining you in this task if that's ok :D

Toots well done on your ebay sales well done

Mrs Chaos, that's really late to be starting marking. Have a hug, and I hope you find a place for your dangerous thoughts x

Poohbear spoons for you and good luck business vibes. Hope the car gets sorted soon

  • Another one up at silly o'clock as wide awake by 4

But have found my way to the back of a cupboard and have lots to CS, bin or give away and a whole extra cupboard to use.

Right time to shower & dress before I get everyone else up for the day.

    Moam
Although no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

PenPen its spooky but when Dusty posted I immediately thought of the words from William Morris and lo and behold there you had it in your siggy - its a very good saying and I think I must adopt it more.:D

penpen Weekend? Rice and roasted veg bake sounds scrummy. We ran out of gas for the range but have an electric oven so may give it a try. I am running out of easy/cheap meals to cook with no hob/grill.

I work 2 days a week; this week it was Mon and Tue; so it's now the weekend :j

    Recipe here :)

Going to see if DS is well enough to go to school :( then I'll go for a run, and look for a list :T

Another night of going to bed early, took DS2 into bed with me at 7.30 so that DS1 would go to sleep. Shifted DS2 to his own bed at 9. Hubby came to bed at 9.30 so everyone's had an early night. Both DS's coughing so need to gave them stuff before school.

Yesterday i got one of DD's pictures up but managed to pull plaster of the wall with the second nail so i'll need to patch that up today. Suppose while i have stuff mixed i could patch up the hall.

Right kids feed and getting changed, need to get the DW on.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Dusty - hope all is well in Dustyland xx
Msgnomey - stay healthy vibes xx
Mumto5 - hope you're feeling better this morning xx
PP - enjoy your weekend! xx

It's chilly here. I'm seriously starting to think about putting the heating on for an hour but will decide after I've walked the dog (elderly dog not stripes!). I'm hoping for a quick visit to matalan this morning and then I'm taking my parents dog to the vet for them (in my new - to me - car, boo hoo!).

When all that is done I will attempt to do some work from the lists! My bedroom is the room that requires most work. I actually have a floorobe and I never have one of those!!!

Quick question - why is my daughter (aged 11) so insistent on not wearing a coat to school? She has a 20 minute walk to the station and then another 10 minute walk at the other end. I've made her take a waterproof and an umbrella in her bag but she'll only use the brolly. 'Mum, NO-ONE wears a coat nowadays!' - think I'll let this arguement go and see if she feels the same when it gets really cold!

Have a productive day whatever you do! xx

Because she's 11 :T My DS is in Y11 and has never once worn a coat to high school. My friend's son is 23 and he didn't either, so this is not a new phenomenon ;)
