Dizziblonde, I am truly sorry that you have had so much sorrow in trying for a family, and I do hope that it will work out for you soon, but do you think that this is an appropriate place to be posting such a thing? If your friends' pictures upset you, then ask them to be more sensitive, and I'm sure they won't mind.

It is unfair though to go actively looking for things that you know will upset you and then blaming the posters who shared them.

Hey kelinik...don't feel at all bad about posting your scan pictures! You have been tremendously helpful to me and have nothing at all to reproach yourself for.

Please continue to reply as you see fit. You have the best intentions and that's all anyone can ask for.

As you so rightly say, anyone who is struggling with infertility should surely not want to look at a thread discussing whether to have a 3D baby scan.

I'm really sorry for anybody in this position...the road to this pregnancy for my daughter has been far from easy and she's had some extremely painful experiences, so I do understand how difficult it can be.

Thanks to all who were good enough to give advice on this matter. It's very much appreciated.
