er - Ive never told a soul this - its too mortifying!
but I once sent an email with some rather personal details plus the dirtiest joke I knew to an old friend - only I must have clicked the wrong addy in my addy book - because it went to an online video sales shop! and unfortunately one of the staff had the same christian name as my friend 'Chris'! and I got the poor bloke in a lot of trouble! he emailed me and I phoned the boss and explained that it was sent to wrong addy by mistake! not sure I was believed but at least the guy kept his job!

My ex-husband and his father share a first name........... :rotfl:

Needless to say I soon listed my father-in-law as "FIL" in my mobile.

I also send a text to my boss about some work stuff and in force of habit ended it "luv u, Gemma xx" - I was mortified. Thankfully he found it hilarious and even now says "love yooouuuu" in a real mickey-taking way occasionally :rotfl:

My then bf wrote me a really sweet, but fairly detailed, romantic text and accidentally sent it to the MD of his employer who was immediately before me in his address book....

Yes I sent a very graphic sexual message to my Dad! It was intended for my dh of course, the first 2 letters of my DH's name is DA....... hence the mistake! I know he got it, as I got a delivery report, it was never mentioned but I always feel slightly uncomfortable now ha ha!
