Hi
That's what I'm getting nervous about - my order's due Friday...got about £180 to put through up to yet (some more to pick up). Worried that things will be OOS and oh the shame!!Avon Representative October 2010: C16: £276 :T C17: £297 :j0 -
Don't worry about things showing as low stock - they usually turn up, it's just a rough guide, they usually get more stocks in.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

Well, what a campaign this has been. By far the best yet. Am over £600 already with a few still to come in!!! Actually getting a bit worried now that I have input it all correctly. Typical I wont be here for delivery so am going to have to work overtime to get the deliveries out at the usual times  Have checked the stock levels and nothing is out of stock atm  A few low stock but fingers crossed it will all arrive....for once!!! Am still waiting on some items from last campaign though, like the Morgan Bag, Megan Snuggle Boots and Bathrobes. I saw the updates on OOS on the latter two but does anyone know the status on the Morgan Bag, my customer is dying to get her hands on itEveryone loves a bargain :beer:0

do any of you purchase your samples on ebay instead of ordering through avon?0
-
No, never done that. I don't often buy samples though. To be honest if there was anything wrong with the samples, how would you return for a replacement? The ebayer might be happy to refund you upon proof, but you wouldn't get replacements. But then I might be talking rubbish, ie people buy samples from ebay and they are fine, and have no problems with them.0

sylvergrunge wrote: »Morning all. Two quick questions. Do Avon do a facial hair removing cream? I haven't seen one but a customer asked and I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything. Also, has anyone had one of the hair brush gift sets? Are they the same brushes as if you were to order them individually? I have an order for the round brush and was wondering if I could get away with buying a set or if they are a smaller size etc in the set.
Update on my previous posts about Courier phone numbers. Avon are still refusing to give me their number!!! They are still confusing me with my account balance and have now sent me an email saying I am in debit by £56ish as I have been recharged for items I sent back 2 weeks ago with the courier  Just had a complete rant at CS and am now feeling calmerTime for a cuppa and something chocolatey
Have a good day all. x
yes the brushes in the gift sets are exactly the same as individual brushes, so if you buy a gift set, and a customer wants an individual product,....
Can't believe Avon Call Centre wouldn't give you the number! The courier would leave it with you anyway if you weren't in, and they had to take your delivery back to the depot!
As to the returns, just sent them an email with the barcode of your returns, they can check and credit your account as being returned.0 -
Looks like facial hair removing cream is only available in America at the moment.0

A customer has returned a product (face cream) as the contents inside seem to have gone off and she wanted a replacement. I logged on to my account, went and put all the details in saying I wanted a replacement and printed off the page at the end. Am I correct in assuming that the replacement will come with my next order??? This isn't until next week and the lady was wanting it sooner than that.
This is my first time I've had to do replacements so I'm slightly confused! Could I have requested it to come sooner???
If you want a replacement earlier than your next delivery, you have to request immediate replacement, but sometimes these come quickly, other times between 5-7 days.0 -
