Yeah you can only order from C16 & C17 for the booklet...but a lot of the items will then feature in the main brochures - so no, they shouldn't go oos for a good while yet.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

Dont think I'll be getting any more orders after today but should I hold on just in case? dont want my customers to miss out on the low stock items. shame you cant order as forms come in but have one big delivery0

Hi There.
Could someone kindly point me in the direction of the link to the ebrochure for C16 please?
I am right in assuming that if I post the link on FB then people can look and then email their orders?
If this is not correct then how does it work please xxLook atfer the Pennies and the ££££'s will care for themselves :money:0 -
No idea how stock works, think it comes in all the time. I placed an order and my items were OOS. Added an extra order next day and the OOS items from my main order came in with that (confused smilie).
Would be so much easier if stock was allocated as you add lines to your order so you knew it was secured for you. Particularly in the case of their on-line offers as mine always seem to be out of stock by the time my order is picked. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.
If you quote me, don't forget the capital 'M'

Morning all. Two quick questions. Do Avon do a facial hair removing cream? I haven't seen one but a customer asked and I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything. Also, has anyone had one of the hair brush gift sets? Are they the same brushes as if you were to order them individually? I have an order for the round brush and was wondering if I could get away with buying a set or if they are a smaller size etc in the set.
Update on my previous posts about Courier phone numbers. Avon are still refusing to give me their number!!! They are still confusing me with my account balance and have now sent me an email saying I am in debit by £56ish as I have been recharged for items I sent back 2 weeks ago with the courier  Just had a complete rant at CS and am now feeling calmerTime for a cuppa and something chocolatey
Have a good day all. x

At the back of HT it says you can't sell clearance items on, although many people do at car boots and things like that. Does it say anywhere that demo products aren't for re-sale? Even if it did, plenty of reps do, just like with the 'rule' regarding clearance.
You could sell the products at whatever price they're going for in the current brochure, or reduce the price a bit so you're still making a profit overall, or reduce the price a lot so you may not make your £40 back (or whatever the pack price was) but you've gained some customers.
The restrictions to selling the stuff would be that people wouldn't be able to try things. Or if you had had several people squirting out a bit of lotion you'd have to sell something worth £££s for much less since it's in used condition. It depends on whether you think the group would be happy to buy the items knowing they've been sampled. And there are some things like lipsticks that can only really be used by one person.
You'll also have stuff like shampoos that can't be tried there and then, but you can undo the lid to let people smell, but it's still a new item.
It depends if you're doing more than 1 party. If you're doing a few it might be worth letting people sample away, then take the products to another party to get some more use out of them.
People more knowledgeable about parties should be able to advise!I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Stuff's here! Got until 6pm to sort everything out, which includes prepping books because I ran out of order forms.
5 boxes this time. :eek:I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

I'm still relatively new to Avon so I'm looking for a bit of advice.
A customer has returned a product (face cream) as the contents inside seem to have gone off and she wanted a replacement. I logged on to my account, went and put all the details in saying I wanted a replacement and printed off the page at the end. Am I correct in assuming that the replacement will come with my next order??? This isn't until next week and the lady was wanting it sooner than that.
This is my first time I've had to do replacements so I'm slightly confused! Could I have requested it to come sooner???0
