don't know what to do.
Have you tried contacting her? If you don't hear soon maybe it would be better to order some and then ask her for c18 books instead? do you have a lot of territory still to cover? if so, then if you do order c17 books and she happens to drop you off some too then at least you can cover more territory quicker, and remember you can use them in c18 too by backordering.
I hope you get a response because i haven't heard back from Avon yet about my books.DFBX2016 #160 - £3550/£8800

Just sent an email now saying that Avon have contacted me confirming that my admin fee should cover all materials and training needed to promote my business including brochures for my first 2 campaigns and that Avon have said that they have sent her an email confirming this. I reminded her that my order deadline was 10pm so I need to know whether she will provide me with the brochures before then.0 -

Sorry to butt in but i would try and phone her (havent read up on story so sorry if you have no contact number for her!) as e-mails are rubbish, she may not check them till 10pm tonight! I missed out on a very special oppertunity recently because i didnt check my e-mails.. its easy to do... if you are able to phone or contact her its worth doing so, even by knocking on her door if you know where she lives? I'm lucky with mine as she only lives round the corner and my delivery goes to her so she ahs no choice but to keep in contact with me... she's still slightly useless though!0 -
Had my delivery today - short on Bond Girl 007 Forever EDP, Frilly leopard umbrella, Doggie door stop, country rose bathrobe (again!) and SSS wintersoft hand wash. Good news was I got one of the clearance snuggle boots in size 7/8 (OOS of the 5/6 by the time my order went through last time) and they are very generous (I'm a size 6) but I'm keeping them! Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

Well, after all those days fretting, I've just had my training session with my ASM. She's so lovely.
Gave me my 20 books for C17 no quibble :T and thankfully gave me my account details and credit limit of £400 (phew)!
Can't wait to get going again now!

She phoned me and although she said that giving me 40 for c16 was how it is meant to be done she agreed to give me 20 for C17. She agreed this after I stated that I didnt want to owe Avon money, which if I ordered 40 C17 and 40 C18 and had any returns would end up happening. Avon is currently my only income. I am going to buy some more as I have 192 houses to cover, although I didn't manage to get round all of them before today. So the ones I have yet to cover will get C16 for this campaign. So its all sorted now just need to double check all the items have been entered and then will send off my order. Didn't realise Avon would be such hard work lol!
