well put it this way, Avon will want you to be able to get your order, and if they hold it, you will receive lots of calls until they can get in touch with you to get some payment received to be able to process it!

wow its quiet this morn. has everyone been snowed in??

I'm at work - delivery should have come this morning so hoping it's waiting for me when I get home this afternoon! Then I can delivery my order letters letting people know I'm delivering Sunday, just hoping I can get most taken this weekend so the house isn't a mess!

I'm really hoping next year brings oh family some better luck, last November his uncle died, July his grandad (who raised him) died and Wednesday his great aunt died. Funeral is Xmas eve so something to look forward, and at the same place again, his poor gran looks so old now she can't take anymore. Next year has to be better!!!

I'm around, just busy, trying to declutter house and get rest of decs up and xmas cards written for customers and family and friends.

Thats wishful thinking! we had v. heavy snow last night just after it rained so didnt come to anything! OH was hoping to have a day off work as he has the dreaded man flu!and im just lazying around as now have a flipping ear infection! seems to be one thing after the other!

I'm at work but been mega busy for past 2 days so not been on.

I have done all my christmas shopping, and this year for the first time ever I have managed to post my christmas cards, second class, BEFORE the last posting date! I am usually posting them first class on the last posting date! Just got wrapping to do now but not much to do. We have also bought 80% of the Christmas dinner (which is now in the freezer - if there is someone up above, please let Iceland's cook-from-frozen joints be a roaring success!!!).

Out tonight delivering C1 - on a Friday for the first time ever, not sure now successful that will be as it is Christmas Party Season, but we'll see ... Only one "sorry won't be in" text so far.

Hope every one is well and surviving the sub zero temperatures again! Had to scrape the car windscreen again this morning and was not impressed. I was totally unprepared in peep toe shoes and my toes were almost dropping off by the time I'd finished!

Not much else happenning Avon wise - I have told all my customers that I'm running C2 and C3 together so I can have a bit of a break over Christmas. The ones I've had for a while agreed that it was about time and well deserved!

the idea of putting/running c2 and c3 together sounds like a good idea! not only gives customers a break but also us!!!

aww that is rotten luck! i really hope 2011 is a better year for him -after all you are getting married!!
We have made some plans for the day so far - we have booked the venue. we are having a late (4pm) ceremony which will run straight into food and eve. outdoor ceremony (which will be amazing as its in autumn - lets hope the weather is nice). dress bought off ebay. stationery made by my mum. we are not having bouquets of flowers we're having autumn foliage. and i am making the fairy cakes with LO with a top cake to cut. thats about as far as ive got. fairly frugal but i think its still going to cost us about £3k! also, we're making a wishing well for donations towards honeymoon instead of presents.

well back to avon - my delivery man actually managed to obey instructions and left my boxes in the shed yesterday. i was shocked at his efficiency! :rotfl: gutted though as i have no mr lazy pj's or little miss overnight bag. :mad: bit annoyed as they were for a NEW customer. why does that always happen - the new customer orders stock that is no longer available. grrrr. i am dreading taking half of her order around later... why do avon do this?
